Materials Technology respectively.
He has more than 25 years of hands
on Diversified & Rich Experience
at The Premier Automobiles Ltd / Fiat
India Ltd / PAL - Peugeot Ltd in the
field of Metallurgy, Materials Engineering,
Materials Testing, Heat Treating,
Forgings, Sheet Metal, Metallurgical
Inspection , Foundry Technology, Technical
Evaluation / Audit of all kinds of
Suppliers, Failure Analysis, Investigation,
Import Substitution, Cost Reduction,
Nonmoving Inventory Deployment, Problem
Solving & Trouble Shooting etc.
During his tenure, he has held various
Responsible Positions at PAL / Fiat
India including that of Chief
Metallurgist.
He has established MCG in 1998 and
since then the Group is professionally
and successfully managed by catering
to the needs of Clients Worldwide
to their fullest satisfaction. |

has been trained at Nissan Motor
Company, Japan who are the manufacturers
of NISSAN cars. He studied their
Suppliers such as Kiruyu Foundry
- Nagoya, Yokohama Forging Plant
– Yokohama, Ichi Machine Company,
Transmission Gear Manufacturers
& Heat Treatment Plants in Japan
in connection with the development
of Nickel Free Steels & Hot
Oil Quenching. He has also traveled
to England to visit the companies
like Lucas Girling, Qualcast Foundries
& Their Group Industries, Zephyr
Cams, Motor Industries Research
Association (MIRA) for Developmental
Studies in
Automotive Materials.
